Our Primary Method
Advanced Biostructural Correction
The method Dr. Kim has practiced since 2009 — and the one that changed her own life as a patient first. ABC works to correct the cause of your pain, not just chase the symptom.
Most chiropractic care goes after where it hurts. Advanced Biostructural Correction goes after why it hurts. Through life, vertebrae can shift forward — and unlike most misalignments, the body has no muscles that can pull them back. So it compensates everywhere else, and that compensation is usually what you feel as neck pain, back pain, or tension. ABC finds those forward vertebrae, brings them back, and releases the adhesions that keep the body stuck — so it can unwind, function better, and hold the correction.
What this involves
- Full-spine structural assessment to find the true cause
- Correction of forward (anterior) vertebrae the body can't self-correct
- Release of meningeal adhesions so the body can unwind
- A clear, corrective care plan with an actual end point
- Gentle, specific adjustments — no guesswork
Who it's best for
- People whose pain keeps coming back after other care
- Anyone who wants correction, not just temporary relief
- Long-standing tension, stiffness, or postural problems
- Those who've been told they just have to live with it
How It Works
What to expect
Consultation & Exam
We start with your history, a structural exam, and X-rays so we can see what's really going on — included in the $29 new patient special.
Report of Findings
On your next visit we go over your X-rays together, and Dr. Kim tells you honestly whether she can help and what care would look like.
Correction & Care Plan
As care begins, the body unwinds and the structure corrects. You decide how far you want to take it — relief or full correction.
What patients don’t expect
When Dr. Kim brings a forward vertebra back, the change can be immediate — posture straightens, the shoulders come back, and pressure comes off the chest, so people often breathe more easily right away. Patients regularly mention sleeping better and feeling less stressed within the first few visits, even when they originally came in for something specific like low back pain.
Dr. Kim found ABC as a patient first
For years Dr. Kim lived with her own back pain from an old injury. She’d tried many approaches — including conventional chiropractic — and gotten only partial relief. The first time she received an ABC adjustment, she felt something genuinely different: a sense of her body finally letting go. That experience is why ABC became the heart of her practice.
“I really like to say it gives people a second chance for a better life — it undoes the things that have happened to the body.”

Questions
Advanced Biostructural Correction (ABC) — Frequently Asked
How is ABC different from regular chiropractic?
Most chiropractic focuses on relieving symptoms or taking pressure off the nerves where it hurts. ABC works differently — it finds vertebrae that have shifted forward (which the body can't correct on its own), brings them back, and releases adhesions so the body unwinds. The symptom you feel is often just compensation; ABC goes after the cause.
Does an adjustment hurt?
No. The adjustments are specific and gentle. Many patients notice their posture changes and they breathe easier right after their first visit.
Is this something I'll have to do forever?
No — and this is important. With ABC there is an actual end to the corrective process. As the adhesions clear and the body unwinds, most people reach a point where the heavy correcting is done. From there, some choose periodic check-ins to stay well; many don't need much at all. Dr. Kim lets you decide based on what you're looking for.
What does it cost to get started?
New patients start with the $29 special, which covers your consultation, exam, X-rays, and report of findings. Your first adjustment is $70. Dr. Kim does not bill insurance directly but provides superbills you can submit, and accepts HSA/FSA, checks, cash, and all major cards.
