Everything you might be wondering
What is Advanced Biostructural Correction (ABC)?
ABC is Dr. Kim's primary method. It finds vertebrae that have shifted forward — which the body can't correct on its own — brings them back, and releases adhesions so the body unwinds. It addresses the cause of pain rather than just the symptom.
What is the Blair upper cervical technique?
Blair is a gentle, precise method focused on the top of the neck. Dr. Kim trained in it early in her career and uses it especially for babies, children, and delicate cases.
Does an adjustment hurt?
No. Dr. Kim’s adjustments are specific and gentle. Many patients notice better posture and easier breathing right after their first visit.
Is chiropractic safe for newborns and children?
Yes. Dr. Kim cares for all ages using gentle techniques, and especially loves seeing families bring children in for prevention.
Do you accept insurance?
Dr. Kim doesn't bill insurance directly but provides superbills you can submit to your insurer. She accepts HSA/FSA, checks, cash, and all major cards.
How much does it cost to start?
New patients begin with the $29 special (consultation, exam, X-rays, report of findings). The first adjustment is $70, and care plans are flexible.
Will I have to come forever?
No. With Dr. Kim’s corrective approach there’s an actual end to the heavy work. After that, some patients choose occasional check-ins; many don’t need much at all.
What is Pangu Chi Gong energy work?
It’s an energy practice Dr. Kim has studied since 2001. In a session she works with the body’s energy to support how you feel; she also teaches the moving form. Sessions are available in person and remotely.
